Printful covers costs for damaged, defective, or misprinted items reported within 30 days of receipt, usually providing a free replacement or store credit.

  • Defective/Damaged Items: Claims must be submitted via the Printful dashboard within 30 days of product delivery. A photo of the issue is typically required.
  • Lost in Transit: Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges:
    Printful does not offer refunds or replacements for these scenarios. Contact the store for help.
Returns Address: By default, returns are sent back to the Printful facility it was sent from in the first instance contact the store If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Policy Details

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Damages and Defects: If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact them immediately. They usually require:

    • A photo of the barcode on the box.

    • A full-size photo of the print.

    • A close-up photo of the specific damage.
