DIGITAL DOWNLOAD LICENSING TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital artwork/photography for the following purposes:
Personal Use License includes:
Printing for personal home or office decoration
Use as desktop/mobile wallpapers
Personal social media posts (with credit to Paul Parker Creative Artist)
Personal gifts (printed format only)
Personal Use License does NOT include:
Commercial use of any kind
Resale or redistribution of the digital file
Use in products for sale (prints, merchandise, etc.)
Mass reproduction
Claiming the work as your own
Re working the artwork in any way shape or form
2. Commercial Licensing
For commercial use, including but not limited to advertising, marketing materials, product packaging, or resale.
3. File Delivery
All files are delivered digitally via automatic download after purchase
Files are high-resolution, unwatermarked, and print-ready
RGB and CYMK Adobe 98 color profile optimized for printing
4. Printing Recommendations
Professional printing services recommended for best results
Use premium photo paper for optimal color reproduction

5. Copyright
All images remain the intellectual property of Paul Parker Creative Artist. Copyright is not transferred with purchase. Removal of metadata or copyright information is prohibited.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. Please contact us if you experience technical issues with your download.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files
Use images in AI training datasets
Modify and claim as original work
Use for defamatory, illegal, or immoral purposes
8. Liability
Digital files are provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for printing costs, color variations, or technical issues beyond our control.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
Unauthorised use will result in legal action if contravening the personal use licensing terms or any license terms of the store.
Small Business license
The small business license grants permission to place the art be it poster or digital download in one place of business only owned by the purchaser or partner of.
Send the certificate to the store and any supporting documents a legally binding agreement will be issued signed by the artist for you to countersign.
Commercial license
The commercial license grants permission to use the art work /digital download on your own merchandise and advertising for a set period of 18 months.
Once purchased the selected piece/piece's will be taken down from the store immediately.
The copywrite and intellectual right remains the property of the Artist.
Send the commercial license certificate with proof of sale to the store.
You will be issued with a legally binding agreement for you to sign .
Return the agreement and the Artist will counter sign the agreement and return it to you.
You may not sub license the Artwork this would be deemed a breach of contract.
If you wish to sub lease the Artwork contact the store.
Copywrite Buy-out
The copywrite buyout completely gives you the ownership of the piece/pieces.
Contact the store for this option.
A legally binding agreement will be drafted by the stores solicitor for you to sign and will be counter signed by the Artist.
The Artist relinquishes all ownership of the piece/pieces.
It is in effect your work to do with as you wish.
Warning
Paul Parker Creative Artist & Photography takes image theft very seriously.
We are committed to protecting independent artist's intellectual work.
The store uses digital technology to ensure no breaches of licenses are committed.
Images are invisibly water marked and embedded and are monitored by Ai Bots across the World Wide Web 24/7 365 days of the year.
We use third party software and monitoring sevices for any infringements of the Artists work.
We The store will issue legal notices and will commence legal proceedings for any infringements of the Artwork.
We will not stop legal proceedings if you take the image down.
Copying the Artwork and posting or using on merchandise without permission is an offence in itself simply taking down the image will not stop The Stores legal representation or third party Companies pursuing legal compensation.
All artwork is metadata/IPCC tagged.
If you are issued with a DMCA take down notice or similiar by our third party companies and you have a binding agreement with the store contact The Store immediately and we will halt the action if the correct license has been purchased.
