I'm Paul Parker, a landscape photographer and digital artist specialising in premium imagery that captures the drama and beauty of iconic landmarks and cityscapes. My work blends organic photography with digital painting techniques, enhanced through AI upscaling and Ai to deliver museum-quality results.

I use many mediums to create the works. Unreal Engine, Twin motion, Ai organic photography taken by myself digital manipulation and digital painting to create unique pieces. 

Technical Attrbution

The Ai models I use are many however the two in my opinion outshine the rest are Meta AI and Google Gemini for sheer scope and ability.

 Mockups clearly show if it was created by Google Gemini, especially frame mockups.

I like to blend different iterations cut bits out mix them up create a whole.

I find AI exhilarating and simply amazing tech. 

It is an extension to any artists imagination.

As the artist I realise the use of Ai may conflict with other Ai artists or 'prompters' work it is not my intention to simply copy other Ai creations however with such a large usage of Ai models some images may seem similar.

I bring to  your attention the fact that Ai works and prompts can not be copywrited unless significant human intervention has proven to have occured in the creation or in the post production of the said piece.

High complexity and creativity prompts may be (especially in China) considered proof of ownership if it is :

• Extremely detailed.
• Original.
• Significant intellectual effort.
• Long poetic or complex narrative description.
• A detailed paragraph describing a scene with specific characters, lighting, style and tone might be considered an " Original work of authorship"

The USA EU And UK generally considers prompts instructions to the Ai model with the exception being certain provinces of China and not copywritable.

The law governing Ai is rapidly changing as LLm's grow and the industry develops.
