 A mistake at the studio has been made, I.E. the wrong file has been attached to the item or corrupted files.

Please show proof of the mistake and return the file via email for us to check it.

Images are carefully processed in professional software specifically for professional printing labs and kiosk printing . When you purchase an image at any size you will be given three versions of your purchase one RGB profile  one CYMK profile & one Adobe 98 profile this will cover any scenario at the kiosk printing shop or pro printing shops. Most modern printers especially kiosk printing use SRGB profile (RGB).    For larger files your download will be in PDF format.
